LiftLife Global Health exists to address one of the most urgent and preventable injustices in global health: maternal and newborn deaths caused by lack of access to skilled care. We believe that where a woman lives should never determine whether she survives childbirth.

Executive Director & Co-Founder
Gregory brings leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to building sustainable systems that endure. He oversees partnerships, project development, and long-term strategy.

Melissa Beth Mitchell, PhD
Co-Founder
Melissa is a philosopher, educator, and humanitarian committed to the dignity of the human person. Her work bridges ethical vision with practical action—ensuring LiftLife’s mission remains grounded in both compassion and competence.
Together, they founded LiftLife Global Health to respond decisively to preventable maternal death.
